About Basil is sweet, spicy and herbal. Refreshing to mind & spirit, this essential oil is excellent for supporting the respiratory system and healthy stress-response. Soothe digestive upset & intestinal discomfort by massaging with carrier oil into the abdomen. During cold & flu season, apply with carrier oil to the soles of the feet or diffuse in an ultrasonic diffuser.

Safety Information No contraindications. Do not use in the first 3 months of pregnancy.

Maximum Adult Dilution: 1.5%; 14 drops per ounce of carrier oil.
